Serge has worked for more than 20 years as an investment banker in the field of public financings, financial advisory services and structured finance. Over the course of his career, he was involved in several offerings related to the Quebec Stock Savings Plan program, large public offerings, tax shelter financings, expert opinion mandates, restructuring of shares capital, merger & acquisition and numerous structured financial products. For seven years, he has been co-owner of a successful retail business which he sold in 2017. He has expertise in business valuation, in public offerings process, in structured finance and their related financial, tax, accounting and legal aspects. Mr. Fecteau holds a M.Sc. and a B.A.A. in administration from the University of Sherbrooke.

Alexandre Côté has worked in the finance industry for over 20 years. Most recently he was the co-founder of Hybrid Financial Ltd, a financial boutique specializing in value-added services for the distribution financial products for investment advisors and investors' relation services for public companies. Mr. Côté played a leading role in the growth of this business by developing a unique distribution model in the industry and by building several effective sales teams in Canada and the United States. Alexandre was previously Managing Director at AXA Canada, where he helped create a guaranteed investment fund platform. He also served as vice president of sales at OpenSky Capital, a leading independent distributor of structured investment products in Canada. Mr. Cote began his career with Talvest (mutual funds of the CIBC family) and has extensive expertise in the sale of investment products, employees' training, people management and has numerous contacts within the industry. Mr. Cote holds a B.A.A. in business administration from Laval University.

Marco has more than 20 years of experience within the Canadian financial services industry. His expertise in ETFs, mutual funds, alternative investments and structured products provides his clients with advice that gives them an advantage which enables them to have a unique and competitive advantage. For the last twelve years he has been the Vice President of Sales in Quebec for BMO Global Asset Management and First Trust Canada. He was responsible for all sales, business development and marketing efforts. Prior to this, he held sales roles at Montreal-based OpenSky Capital a leading distributor of structured principal-protected Notes and CIBC’s Talvest families of investment funds. His focus has always been on helping investment advisors assist their clients in achieving their investment goals. Marco is a graduate from both McGill University and Université de Laval. In 2018, he received his MBA from Louisiana State University. By graduating as one of the top of his class, he was invited to join Beta Gamma Sigma the prestigious honor society

Thierry has more than 10 years of experience in the field of finance and financial markets. He was notably a director at Hybrid Financial, a company specializing in the distribution of financial products and financial communication. Thierry notably led and contributed to the training of the sales teams in Montreal and Toronto, supervised a workforce of more than 50 professionals while participating in business development. Having been at the head of several communication campaigns on emerging financial structures with financial professionals, he has unique expertise in different investment products. Thierry has worked with several reputable companies and investment funds providing his clients with an in-depth understanding of different financing structures as well as the specifics related to multiple sectors of the capital market. Thierry is a graduate of HEC Montréal in financial management. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation awarded by the CFA Institute.
