Fecteau Côté Manocchio has established a privacy policy that must be reviewed from time to time.
Quebec’s Law 25 requires businesses to appoint a Privacy Officer (RPRP), implement information governance (policies, procedures), ensure greater transparency in the collection and use of data, obtain consent for certain types of data collection, and conduct a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA).

In the event of a breach involving the disclosure of your personal information, and if it is determined that the breach may cause significant harm, Fecteau Côté Manocchio is committed to providing details of the breach to the Commissioner for the Protection of Privacy and to all individuals who may be affected.
